About Stevia Rebaudiana Leaf

Stevia rebaudiana or ka'a he'e, grows in Paraguay and Brazil, where native Guarani people have used leaves from the stevia bush to sweeten food for hundreds of years. Its sweetness spreads faster and lasts longer than cane sugar, therefore it has generally been used to sweeten beverages and make tea. Stevia rebaudiana leaf has no smell in itself but has a licorice-like aftertaste in powder. We make lots of efforts on it for the proper use of this special Ingredient.
